Coming from Corpus Christi/San Antonio/Other Northern Areas
If you are traveling south coming in on I-69 C (US 281 S), drive to Riviera, Texas. Go past the intersection (light) and in approximately 282 feet, turn left (look for historical marker) on FM 771 in Riviera, Texas. Drive approximately 9.3 miles on FM 771, which turns into County Road 2327 to the end. Take a sharp right onto County Road 2360 and follow the road. Houses will be on the right hand side.
Coming from the Lower Rio Grande Valley
If you are traveling north from the Rio Grande Valley, coming on I-69 E (US 77 N), right before the intersection/stoplight, turn right on FM 771 (look for historical marker) in Riviera, Texas. Drive approximately 9.3 miles on FM 771, which turns into County Road 2327 to the end. Take a sharp right onto County Road 2360 and follow the road. Houses will be on the right hand side.
Coming from the Upper Rio Grande Valley
If you are traveling north from the Upper Grande Valley, coming on I-69 C (US 281 N), turn right onto TX-285 E in Falfurrias, Texas. Continue approximately 22.1 miles to US 77 S. Turn right at the light and in approximately 282 feet turn left (look for historical marter) on FM 771 in Riviera, Texas. Drive approximately 9.3 miles on FM 771, which turns into County Road 2327 to the end. Take a sharp right onto County Road 2360 and follow the road. Houses will be on the right hand side.

We had an amazing week stay over Mother’s Day weekend at The Landing at Riviera Beach! The host was extremely thoughtful, went above and beyond, and even arranged mariachis during our weekend stay, which made Mother’s Day extra special and so memorable. The home was spotless, comfortable, and fully stocked with every amenity you could possibly need. The swimming pool was a nice bonus and perfect for relaxing after long days of fishing. The location is unbeatable for fishing, and if you can, definitely splurge on the additional charge for the private pier — it is absolutely worth it! We can’t wait to come back.

The yellow house
The yellow house was the perfect getaway! The home was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Everything was just as described, and the peaceful atmosphere made our stay so relaxing. We truly enjoyed our time and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Home, Great location and not far from home. Loved the welcoming snacks left for us ❤️ Hostess was great and very helpful. We spent the night fishing off a private pier. Lots of relaxing and swimming. We also checked out Baffin Bay Seafood down the street. We really enjoyed the Big Yellow House - definitely coming back!!

YELLOW HOUSE
We had a wonderful stay at the Yellow House. The home was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Everything we needed was available, which made our stay easy and relaxing. The space was welcoming and thoughtfully set up, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The host was great with communication and made sure we had all the information we needed before and during our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The location was also convenient and worked perfectly for our trip. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-kept home & loves to fish!
PERFECT HOUSE AND GETAWAY
The Yellow House at The Landing at Riviera Beach was the perfect house for our family getaway. Plenty of space and beds for everyone. The location was great and close to a public pier for fishing. House had everything we needed and even came with a great assortment of snacks. Would definitely recommend and look forward to coming back.
SUPER PLACE
Super place to go. Not far from Corpus Christi. Highly recommend this as a couples getaway to swim in the pool, walk, fish off the pier or even schedule a boat to fish. Leave the kids and go hang.
